Background
Are you confused about what constitutes a 'healthy' diet?
There is so much 'mis'-information in the media today that it is hard to know what or who to believe. One day we are told to follow a high protein diet the next day we are told that high protein diets are dangerous for our health.
The truth is that each one of us is unique with our own dietary needs. The trick is in identifying what foods agree with you and will give you the most energy and improve your digestion, skin, hair and mood. Here at Nutrition and Vitality we will help you identify the foods that will make you feel best and even ensure that you don't put on weight. We will look at the causes of any of your medical conditions and find a treatment that is suitable.
